The econveyance platform is fully integrated with BC OnLine to provide access to title searches and EFS document submission. Information from the BC Land Titles and Survey Authority (LTSA) title searches automatically populates the econveyance database with all relevant information.

Econveyance simplifies electronic filing (EFS) by accurately compiling all government mandated forms and schedules, as well as providing a direct link to the document submission window.

FCT is one of the largest title insurance providers in the world and is already integrated electronically with econveyance for the provision of title insurance.  They are currently finalizing their LLC system (Lender - Lawyer Connect) with their first lender, Bank of Nova Scotia.  This new system will integrate with econveyance for the seamless delivery of mortgage instructions.

Full integration with CTIC allows users of the econveyance shared platform the freedom of choice in their title insurance provider.  Policies can be ordered from and received into an econveyance file within minutes.
