  2. Provide one of the friendly customer service representatives with the parcel identifier number (PID), legal description or civic address of the property. The parcel identifier number and legal description can be found on your property tax notice.
  3. You will receive the title search via email within one hour

 

Costs and payment:

  1. Using the PID or legal description - $19.95 plus GST
  2. Using the civic address - $29.95 plus GST
  3. Payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard
